Join us for the next West Michigan Salesforce User Group session at the Steelcase Learning + Innovation Center. This gathering is designed for Salesforce admins, developers, consultants, nonprofit leaders, sales and marketing users, and anyone in West Michigan who wants to learn from others using Salesforce in practical, creative ways.
This session will focus on community-driven learning, live demos, and interactive discussion. We’ll look at how local teams are solving real Salesforce challenges, explore how AI is beginning to change Salesforce configuration and support work, and create space for attendees to share ideas, questions, and lessons learned.

9:10 – 9:30 AM — Salesforce Trends & Community Updates
- A quick look at what’s happening across the Salesforce ecosystem, including AI trends, Agentforce, and practical tools teams are beginning to explore.
9:30 – 10:15 AM — Community Demo Showcase
- Short demos from local Salesforce users and professionals highlighting creative solutions, AI-assisted configuration, Flow automations, reporting wins, integrations, or other practical examples.
10:15 – 10:45 AM — Interactive Roundtables
- Small-group discussions organized around attendee interests, such as admin best practices, AI, nonprofit Salesforce, marketing automation, Service Cloud, data quality, integrations, and career development.
10:45 – 11:00 AM — Wrap-Up
- We’ll share upcoming opportunities, gather ideas for future sessions, and invite volunteers for future demos or discussion topics.
