This user group is built around the topics, challenges, and opportunities that matter to the people in the room. We’ll share experiences, learn from one another, and explore what’s happening across the Salesforce ecosystem, including timely updates following Dreamforce and the Winter ’27 release.
Topics and conversations may include:

A conversation-driven format
This meeting will place a strong emphasis on roundtable discussions, peer learning, and practical conversations, with fewer formal or highly technical presentations. The agenda will be shaped in part by the people attending. You’ll have opportunities to compare experiences, ask questions, discuss challenges, and learn how other organizations are using Salesforce.

Who should attend?
This gathering is for anyone who uses Salesforce or helps shape how it supports their organization. That includes people working in sales, marketing, customer service, operations, nonprofit programs, fundraising, reporting, and business leadership, along with Salesforce administrators, developers, consultants, and implementation partners.
You don’t need to be a Salesforce expert or have a technical role to participate. If you use Salesforce, support the people who do, make decisions about it, or simply want to learn how other West Michigan organizations are using it, you’ll fit right in.
