West Michigan Salesforce User Group
Connect with Local Salesforce Leaders
The West Michigan Salesforce User Group is a community of professionals who use Salesforce to run and improve their organizations. We meet periodically to share ideas, learn from each other, and discuss the trends shaping the Salesforce ecosystem.
The group includes a mix of:
- Salesforce administrators
- Technical architects and developers
- Marketing and operations leaders
- Nonprofit program and development staff
- Business leaders responsible for CRM strategy
Whether you work in a nonprofit, manufacturer, healthcare organization, or technology company, the goal is the same: help each other get more value from Salesforce.
What We Do
Our gatherings are designed to be practical, collaborative, and locally focused.
Typical meetings include:
- Timely Industry Insights – Short presentations on trends shaping the Salesforce ecosystem such as AI, automation, and platform strategy.
- Peer Discussion – Small breakout conversations where participants share challenges and solutions with others in similar roles.
- Real-World Use Cases – Attendees often share examples of how they solved problems in their organizations.
- Networking with Local Peers – Meet other Salesforce professionals in West Michigan and build connections you can continue outside the meetings.
Meeting Format
We plan to meet two to four times per year at local companies and community venues around Grand Rapids.
Meetings typically last about 2–3 hours and include:
- Networking
- Short presentations
- Breakout discussions
- Open conversation about Salesforce challenges and opportunities
Our goal is to keep the sessions interactive and valuable for everyone in the room.
About the Organizer
The West Michigan Salesforce User Group is organized by Cloud 616, a Grand Rapids-based Salesforce consulting firm that works with nonprofits, manufacturers, and mid-market companies throughout the Midwest.
The group is intended to be a community resource, not a sales event.
